Your workouts are labelled by phase. Every session, you simply choose the workout that matches where you are in your cycle. No guessing. No pushing through. Just intelligent, body-led training from week one.
By Week 5 you'll have one full cycle of your own data.
By Week 8 you'll have a framework you own for life.
WEEKS 1–2

Foundation & build
Learn the language of your body. We introduce cycle tracking, RPE, how to change intensities when you need to, and when to apply your first real push in your workouts.
WEEK 3

Peak performance
Learn your highest strength window. Know when you have permission to go for it and be coached through smart warm-ups to protect your joints.
WEEK 4

Throttle back with purpose
Pulling back is not failure. It is strategy. Learning this reframe changes how you think about rest permanently.
WEEKS 5–6

Rebuild & exceed
You have 4 weeks of real data about your body now. Start to apply what you learned in Month 1 with confidence. Work through your weeks knowing exactly how to use them and feel confident to reach new heights.
WEEK 7

Smarter recovery
Deep diving into what your body needs and embracing recovery activities. This is how consistent athletes train.
WEEK 8

Consolidation & celebration
We address different types exercise and how this framework works in (whether it is weights, running, classes or other activities). We celebrate your wins, and help you feel confident with your monthly training framework that you can use for the rest of your life.
