What nobody had told her (and what most fitness programs completely ignore) is that her body doesn't run on a 24-hour clock. It runs on a monthly cycle. And her hormones were doing what they were supposed to do. She just didn't have the information to train with them.
That gap is what I built Cycle Strong to close.

I believe that when a woman understands what's happening in her body — at every phase of her cycle and every stage of her life — she becomes a more intelligent, more consistent, and more confident trainer. Not because she's working harder. Because she's finally working smarter.
